Because our items ship from Africa to the world, traditional returns can be costly and impractical. Instead, we’ve designed a fair, hassle-free policy that protects you and keeps things simple.

Please note that:
Most of our products are handmade. Small variations in color, texture, or pattern are natural and part of the item’s uniqueness — not defects.
Normal wear and tear after use is not covered under this policy.

✅ Refunds & Replacements.
We cover manufacturing defects or incorrect items. However, damage caused during shipping is not covered, as this falls under courier responsibility.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items → We’ll issue a full refund or free replacement. Just send us a photo within 7 days of delivery.
Sizing issues or not quite right → We’ll work with you to offer an exchange or store credit.
Change of mind → Because each piece is made and shipped with care, we unfortunately cannot offer refunds for personal preference.
⏱️ Timeframe
Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. After this period, we may not be able to guarantee a refund or replacement.
📸 Proof Required
To keep things smooth and avoid long international returns, we ask for a photo or a short video showing the issue. This allows us to resolve your case quickly without you needing to ship items back.
