Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
All shipping fees are paid by the buyer and are non-refundable.
⏱️ Processing & Delivery Times
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days.
Delivery times vary depending on destination and courier. Typical delivery: 10–21 business days.
Please note: international customs may occasionally cause delays beyond our control.
📦 Shipping Responsibility
Once your order has been handed over to the courier, Afrofrik is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused in transit.
If your package arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact the courier directly to file a claim.
✅ Refunds & Replacements (Quick Reminder)
We cover manufacturing defects or incorrect items (see our Return & Refund Policy). However, damage caused during shipping is not covered, as this falls under courier responsibility.
🌍 Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
